Things change

It's amazing just how at home on a ledge deep in a forest this picture makes me feel. The Red river is somewhere down there,with canoeists floating by. Sorta peaceful,aint it?

The new computer is pretty sweet but it took 2 months to get most of my email adresses and pictures from my old one. I'm emailing them from Coutney's room to myself. She's all fixed up, online, printer and all with the old computer. my little jr high student.

We give our kids so much stuff we didn't have. I remember not having TV or running water when I was little. It wasn't that unusual where I grew up. The last time I saw the farm, the old house was falling in and the yard I use to mow was a new woods. even the driveway was impassable. Things change. I guess the way we live does too.
